I received two years of professional training from the Southern California Counseling Center where I worked with children, adults, couples, families, and facilitated group therapy.

I worked for 2.5 years at a drug and alcohol treatment center, where I provided individual and group therapy for clients who are newly sober and working on their recovery.

I attended Middlebury College in Vermont where I earned a bachelor of science in conservation biology.

I enjoy backpacking, ultimate Frisbee, Crossfit, tennis, going to the beach, gardening, reading, and spending time with people I love.
